1- Jagler.com.tr website grants membership right to anybody who completes the membership sign-up form fully and accurately.
2- A member may not use real first names and last names of other persons as his/her member name. He/she is required to log in with a valid and active email address. The member certified the accuracy of the information he/she gives during the signing up process, and accepts any consequences that may arise due to inaccuracy of such information, and shall bear any responsibility in connection with his/her email address and password.
3- Jagler.com.tr website members’ identification information shall be kept confidential as per the jagler.com.tr Website Confidentiality Principles that may be stated herein. However, if the below conditions occur individually or collectively, jagler.com.tr shall the right to research and disclose the member’s ID particulars.
3.1. In case of an indictment or official investigation filed against the member,
3.2. If it is found out that the member is electronically sabotaging or hacking the website that impedes functioning of the website system,
3.3. If a member, whose membership is canceled due to the conditions set forth in the above article 2, signs up as a member again and violates the agreement again.
4- All rights of the Jagler.com.tr website contents including materials with and/or without written, illustrated materials, sound, charts including intellectual right and copyrights etc are reserved. In case of official disputes arising out of noncompliance with this provision, the jagler.com.tr website shall not be held responsible based on this warning. Affiliated websites created by using the jagler.com.tr website shall determine their own licensing, copying and content protection terms.
5- Legal and penal responsibility of the affiliated websites created by using the jagler.com.tr website shall belong to such websites. As the jagler.com.tr has made this warning, it shall not bear any responsibility regarding such matter. Should any affiliated websites created using the jagler.com.tr website cause any official disputes, then the right to close them is reserved. It reserves the right to close any pornographic and/or illegal websites.
6- Having been granted rights of memberships shall not mean that such rights will remain forever. In the event that the conditions set forth in Article 3 herein occur, then the membership may be terminated unilaterally. Jagler.com.tr does not guarantee in any way whatsoever its members regarding how long the services or their memberships will last. Jagler.com.tr assumes and accepts that all the information provided by a member in the membership application is true and correct. It shall not be held responsible of any technical and/or official disputes that may arise in connection with inaccuracy of such information.
7- Jagler.com.tr website has the right to amend, renew or cancel any article of this agreement with prior notice. Any real person or legal body that has become a member shall be deemed to have read these provisions, and no objection which may be raised afterwards shall be accepted.
8- Jagler.com.tr website shall always have the right to terminate a membership and delete a member’s file, documents and information unilaterally without any reason. The member accepts such disposition in advance. The jagler.com.tr website shall not be held responsible any way in such case.
9- Members of jagler.com.tr may cancel their memberships unilaterally any time they want. However, such cancellation shall not mean that the legal and penal liabilities for the acts of such users during their memberships will be ended.
10- The parties agree and declare that the computer records of the jagler.com.tr website shall be the only and true and exclusive evidence as per article 287 of the Turkish Law of Legal Procedures, and that such records shall be the regarded as basis for an evidence agreement.
